Morning and Afternoon: Kites

Take this workshop to learn how to design and create a kite that will actually fly!
Because workshop leader, Ms. Lima, has been making kites since she was a small child, she knows all the tricks of practical function and design.
A kite consists of these basic parts:
. The Spine
. The Spar
. The Frame
. The Cover
. The Bridle
. The Flying line
. The Tail
. And the Reel
